6.1 Credit Eligibility
CME and CNE credits are available through:
- CME Credits: Baylor College of Medicine (for physicians and qualified healthcare professionals)
- CNE Credits: Texas Children’s Hospital (for nurses and nursing students)
6.2 Eligibility Requirements
To earn CME or CNE credits, you must:
- Be registered as a Conference participant
- Attend the Conference in person (live virtual attendance may not qualify; verify with credentialing body)
- Maintain specific attendance at designated sessions (usually 80% attendance minimum)
- Complete any required evaluation forms
- Meet the professional credential requirements of the credentialing body
US-based registrants seeking CME credits must verify IHPA membership status.
6.3 Accreditation Statements
The Conference is accredited for CME and CNE credit as follows:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Baylor College of Medicine and Ismaili Religious Association of USA. Baylor College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This activity is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.
CNE Credit:
Texas Children’s Hospital is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

7.3 Conference Badge
- For security reasons, your conference badge is required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and events. Please wear your badge visibly at all times. Lost badges should be reported to registration staff immediately.
- The conference badge is the sole property of the conference organizers
- Badges are non-transferable
- False certification, badge misuse, or assisting unauthorized persons to gain access is grounds for badge confiscation and removal from the conference without refund
- By giving an exhibitor or sponsor your badge to scan, you consent to them contacting you
7.4 Enforcement
The Conference organizers reserve the right to:
- Issue warnings for minor violations
- Require immediate departure from the Conference for serious violations
- Cancel Conference registration without refund for serious misconduct
- Report violations to relevant professional licensing bodies when appropriate
- Pursue legal action for criminal or tortious conduct

- INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL & VISA RESPONSIBILITIES
10.1 Attendee Responsibilities: The Conference organizers cannot intervene on behalf of attendees with any Embassy or U.S. Consulate via any method, including but not limited to fax, phone, mail, or email. Attendees are solely responsible for securing exit from their home country and entry into the United States.
10.2 Invitation Letter: Upon request, the conference will provide a letter stating your intent to attend the Conference once you are both registered and paid in full, which may assist you in obtaining your travel visa. Attendees may request a visa letter by contacting the registration team. Visa letters are not available to attendees who are not paid in full or have canceled their registration. If you are unable to obtain a visa, contact us regarding your registration options.
10.3 Visa Process: The visa application process can take eight months or more. Non-U.S. citizens are encouraged to apply for visas as early as possible, but no later than 3 months before April 17, 2026. Please note that a visa does not guarantee entry into the United States. Visa Waiver Program Citizens from countries that participate in the Visa Waiver Program may be able to enter the United States without a visa but must obtain Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval.
